Hi! I’m Cheyenne, the Founder and Growth Marketer of Well & Wise Media Co., I believe the best results come from alignment, not adrenaline.

I didn’t choose wellness by accident. After surviving a cardiac arrest early in my career, I made a decision: I was going to build a life around what actually mattered. Health. Clarity. Work that meant something.
